OUR IN-HOUSE DESIGN AND PRINTING SERVICE
Can you design my labels for me?
Yes! We have an in-house graphic designer that can not only design your labels for you but is also able to help you with any other design requirements that you may have.
How long will it take?
As soon as we have a chat and get your design brief, our designer will get to work. Expect your first draft within a few days and if you are happy with the work we can go ahead and get your labels printed.
Can you produce labels for my products?
We can! Whether you need a label roll or sheet, we can help you. For very large runs, we’ll set up a flexo print run so it is more cost-effective for you. For smaller amounts, we can digitally print your labels for you, as well as any stickers you may require.
Do the labels come in colour?
We can print in just black and white or up to 10 colours (CMYK plus 6 spot colours), including gold/silver, as well as textured printing and varnishes. We can also apply any pantone colours you may require. Choose whatever you need within your price point, and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Can I customise and change my labels for different products?
The Xora NutriLabel is completely customisable so you can change any details you need quickly and efficiently. It’s really simple and easy to use, and suitable for all kinds of food labels and product labels.
How do I install and set up my NutriLabel software?
We provide all the training and help you need to get started and to install your Xora NutriLabel software. If you need any help along the way we are always available by phone or email.
Can I change my monthly software subscription?
Yes, you can. We appreciate things with your business can change. You can alter your subscription to suit your business needs at the time, and we offer a simpler software, Xora Basic, which might suit you best. Give us a call and we’ll discuss the best package for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your software, all you need to do is contact our software support team who can do this for you. Contact us by email or phone.
How much notice do I need to give if I want to cancel?
When you cancel, you can use the rest of your monthly subscription, but we won’t take out any more payments.
Does Xora NutriLabel calculate the nutritional value of my food products?
Nutritional data and QUID calculations are all done automatically for you, so there are no more tiresome and tricky calculations needed. In addition, NutriLabel software also automatically bolds any allergens for you. It’s an added layer of risk protection to ensure allergens are never missed and is fully compliant with Natasha’s Law.
LABELS
What materials can you print on?
We can print on an array of different materials, such as semi-gloss, vellum, thermal, polypropylene, polyethene and foils. We can also supply your labels on either rolls or sheets. Please get in touch with our sales team to discuss any requirements you may have, and they will be able to help.
Can you design my labels for me?
Yes! We have an in-house graphic designer who can not only design your labels for you but is also able to help you with any other design requirements that you may have. Contact us to discuss what you are looking for.
PRINTERS
What is the best printer for me?
Have a look at the printers on our products page and if you aren’t sure what would suit you best, give our expert team a call and they can help you.
All of our printers are chosen to be fully compatible with our software, reliable and reasonably priced. We are Gold Partners with Epson Printers.
DELIVERY
How long does it take for delivery?
If your products are being printed digitally, you can expect them in 5-10 working days from the date your artwork is approved. If this is a product that we have printed before, we aim to deliver them in 5 working days.
If your products are being printed on flexo, you can expect them in 10-15 working days from the artwork approval date. If we’ve printed it before, we’ll aim to deliver in 10 working days.
